The bilingual daycare centre with large rooms and forest days
Our bright daycare centre with plenty of outdoor play space is located in the middle of the newly built, family-friendly and generously designed Buschang development. We attach great importance to plenty of exercise in the fresh air and spend a day in the forest once a week during the summer months. Meals are prepared freshly and in a balanced way, following the guidelines of the "Fourchette verte" label. The daycare centre is bilingual: German and French are both spoken.

Exchange days
If, exceptionally, a child cannot attend the daycare centre on the usual day, the day can be exchanged free of charge within the same calendar week, provided that a place is available on the desired day. The request must be received by the daycare centre manager at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations due to holidays are excluded.
Additional care days will be charged separately as usual.
Out-of-hours care
This daycare centre offers out-of-hour care for children on request, if the parents are unavailable for important professional reasons. The care can be extended to a maximum of 6h30 at the earliest and 20h30 at the latest. Further information on this in the form out-of-hours care.
Observation visits
In order to offer an insight into the day-to-day work of the daycare centre and to make our pedagogical work visible to the parents, we offer visits to the nursery by appointment. Such a visit lasts 1-2 hours and includes a pre- and debriefing session with the daycare centre manager. For further information consult the document Observation visits (in German, in French).

Rate for meals: CHF 00.00 per day.
Childcare vouchers from all Bernese municipalities are accepted.
Information on the childcare voucher system
The daycare centre has one week holiday between Christmas and New Year. It is closed on public holidays as well as on the Friday after the Ascension Day and two days a year for team training.
