Our daycare centres are normally open. We work according to our protection concepts, which we always adapt to the current situation according to the regulations of the canton of Vaud. Our goal is to maintain protection for children, employees and parents and to deal with the situation responsibly.

The daycare centre kids & co Grandchamp is located in the centre of the Minergie quarter En Grandchamp in St-Légier-La Chiésaz above Vevey, with excellent access via rail and road. The daycare centre has bright group rooms and a craft room, which are designed according to the needs of the children.
The directly accessible garden includes a large sandpit, a small tunnel and - for the pleasure of children and staff - a vegetable patch. This approach supports our commitment to a healthy diet and enables us to work closely with our own kitchen.

Exchange days
If, exceptionally, a child cannot attend the daycare centre on the usual day, the day can be exchanged free of charge within the same calendar week, provided that a place is available on the desired day. The request must be received by the daycare centre manager at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations due to holidays are excluded.
Additional care days will be charged separately as usual.
Observation visits
In order to offer an insight into the day-to-day work of the daycare centre and to make our pedagogical work visible to the parents, we offer visits to the nursery by appointment. Such a visit lasts 1-2 hours and includes a pre- and debriefing session with the daycare centre manager. For further information consult the document Observation visits (in German, in French).
12 places for the REBSL network
Our daycare centre offers twelve places for the REBSL network, the Réseau Enfance Blonay/St-Légier. Since 1 August 2020, the daycare centre kids & co Grandchamp has been a member of REBSL, which offers day-care structures for the inhabitants of the muicipalities of Blonay and St-Légier-La Chiésaz. Within this framework, twelve of the 24 places in our daycare centre are reserved, for which you can register via the REBSL network.

Depending on salary between CHF 120.00 and max. CHF 145.00 per day incl. meals. Discount for members CHF 10.00 per day
The daycare centre has one week holiday between Christmas and New Year. It is closed on public holidays as well as on the Friday after the Ascension Day and on one day a year for a team training day.
